NO RETURN / NO REFUND – EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY

Please Note: Hashmi Collection follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.
Only exchanges are allowed, subject to the terms mentioned below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


1. Exchange Only Policy

  • We do not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.

  • Only exchange requests will be reviewed and approved after verification.

2. Payment Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All orders must be 100% prepaid.

3. Damaged or Tampered Packaging Policy

  • If the courier package appears damaged, opened, torn, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

  • Orders accepted despite damaged or tampered packaging will not be eligible for exchange or any claim.

  • Hashmi Collection will not be responsible for damage if delivery is accepted in such condition.

4. Mandatory Open-Package Video Proof

  • A continuous open-package video is compulsory for all exchange requests.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package

    • Opening of the package

    • The product and the issue

  • No video proof = no exchange request accepted.

5. Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 business working days from the delivery date.

  • Requests after this period will not be considered.

6. Exchange Request Process

Customers must email us at [support@hashmicollection.com] with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for exchange

  • Mandatory open-package video

7. Product Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery are not eligible.

8. Final Authority

  • Hashmi Collection reserves the sole right to approve or reject any exchange request.

  • All decisions made by Hashmi Collection are final and binding.
