Please Note: Hashmi Collection follows a strict NO RETURN and NO REFUND policy.
Only exchanges are allowed, subject to the terms mentioned below. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Exchange Only Policy

We do not provide returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchange requests will be reviewed and approved after verification.
2. Payment Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders must be 100% prepaid.
3. Damaged or Tampered Packaging Policy

If the courier package appears damaged, opened, torn, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery.

Orders accepted despite damaged or tampered packaging will not be eligible for exchange or any claim.

Hashmi Collection will not be responsible for damage if delivery is accepted in such condition.
4. Mandatory Open-Package Video Proof

A continuous open-package video is compulsory for all exchange requests.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package

Opening of the package
-
The product and the issue

No video proof = no exchange request accepted.
5. Exchange Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 business working days from the delivery date.

Requests after this period will not be considered.

7. Product Eligibility Conditions

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery are not eligible.
8. Final Authority

Hashmi Collection reserves the sole right to approve or reject any exchange request.

All decisions made by Hashmi Collection are final and binding.
